Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Commitment Period:

1.1. Subscribers agree to a minimum commitment period in accordance with the product purchased through the Fowler Hat Company website. This period allows you to fully enjoy the benefits of our subscription service. All subscription-based products automatically renew on a month-to-month basis retaining the 6-month plan rate once the product term has been completed.

1.2. During any 6-month commitment period, subscribers are not permitted to cancel their subscription before fulfilling the commitment due to the lower rate paid in relation to other available subscription terms.

2. 6-Month Subscription Cancellation Fee:

2.1. Subscribers with a 6-month subscription who wish to cancel before the commitment period ends will be subject to a cancellation fee of $6 for every month they completed of their membership.

3. Subscription Downgrade Option:

3.1. We offer the option for subscribers to downgrade their current subscription to a lower tier.

3.2. Downgrading your subscription allows you to adjust your commitment level while continuing to enjoy the benefits of being a subscriber.

4. Downgrade Fee Calculation:

4.1. When you choose to downgrade your subscription, a one-time downgrade fee will apply.

4.2. The downgrade fee will be calculated as the difference in the total price of the hats you have received under your current subscription and the total price you would have paid if you were subscribed to the desired lower tier for the same period.

4.3. The fee takes into account the discounted pricing you received by subscribing for a longer duration.

5. How to Request a Downgrade:

5.2. Provide your subscription details, including your current tier and the desired lower tier.

5.3. Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with the details of the applicable downgrade fee.

6. Processing the Downgrade:

6.1. Once you have agreed to the downgrade and paid the applicable fee, your subscription will be adjusted to the desired lower tier.

6.2. The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy for Downgrades:

7.1. Downgrade fees are non-refundable. Once the downgrade fee has been paid and the downgrade is processed, no refunds will be issued.
